This cruise packs a lot of experiences into just a few days. Nicko Cruises will show you the absolute highlights of the Upper Danube: the vibrant and musical city of Vienna, Bratislava – coronation site of Hungarian monarchs – and the history-steeped metropolis of Budapest. And in between cities, you can get to know the enchanting cultural landscape of the Wachau, a valley formed by the Danube. It has UNESCO World Heritage status and boasts picturesque towns and the impressive Melk Monastery.

Our MS MAXIMA is a classic comfortable ship. The spacious outer cabins are equipped in style and comfort. On the middle and upper deck, all cabins have a French balcony, on the main deck, large portholes. This gives a fantastic view of the landscape passing by. A whirlpool invites you to soothing relaxation in the wellness area. And there is one thing on the menu: enjoyment!

At meal times, all guest will find a place in the generously arranged panorama restaurant. Let yourself be pampered by the friendly staff. International specialities can be found in the menu, as well as dishes from kitchens of the countries along the travelling route.

OD - 2 Bed Upper Deck with French Balcony

All cabins are stylish and comfortably furnished outer cabins and are equipped with an air conditioning / heating system that can be regulated separately, shower/WC, SAT TV with radio, hair dryer, minibar, safe and telephone. The cabins have an approximate size of 16m² and offer beds positioned next to each other that can be pushed apart on request. The cabins on the middle and upper decks are equipped with floor to ceiling panorama windows that can be opened (French balcony), the cabins on the main deck have large portholes that cannot be opened. In some cabins, on request the 2 bed cabins can also be occupied with 3 persons.
