^Charges apply for both Omakase sushi in the Terrace Restaurant Hachiyo (a Japanese dining experience where the chef selects and prepares a multi-course meal for the guest) and Hokusai Fine Dining where reservations are required and charge applies. Guests staying in MITSUI OCEAN Suites, Signature Suites, Luxury Suites, Penthouse Spa Suites, and Penthouse Suites may use this service once during the cruise at no additional charge.

Note: The main languages spoken are Japanese and English. Announcements, schedules, and menus are regularly available in both. Regarding English shore excursions: If more than 15 English speaking guests are onboard they would get a separate coach and dedicated English speaking host. If less than 15 guests would go on general coach but an English speaking host would accompany to translate so guests wouldn’t miss out.
